Payment Authentication issues

You can change or retry the payment method by visiting Your Orders. Click on the item for which the verification failed and follow instructions on the screen.When you complete checkout, or click on the “Buy now” button from a product detail page, you might be redirected to your bank’s website to verify your payment.

Your bank may ask you to validate the transaction directly from your banking app, or to enter a unique security code received by email or sms text message.For more help on the verification, please see About the card payment verification process.
