How do I reject my valuation?

The quickest and easiest way to reject your valuation is through your portal.

Simply go to Quote Portal

Sign in using your Email Address and Order Number. Or, click the link from one of the notifications sent via Email and SMS. Once your on your portal, click to see your Quote and use the "CANCEL" Button to let us know! Once you've rejected we will prepare your device to be returned.
