Can I make a payment if my last payment was unsuccessful.
If it's the first time the payment has tried to be debited, don't worry, we'll reattempt within a couple of days. However, you can now make a debit card payment to your GRADE MOBILE account, log into your account and view your orders. If your payment is more than 10 days overdue you will be able to click the [Arrears] option and bring your account up to date. Your payment will be reflected on your account within 24 hours.
